CERTIFICATES - 20 numbered certificates custom typeset with your company name, number of authorized shares or units, par value, and standard legends. A transfer ledger is included in our corporate stock certificates kit to record the issuance and retirement of certificates.

MINUTES & BYLAWS - Pre-printed minute book kits and bylaws separated into sections by tabbed dividers. All our minute book binders use regular 3-ring paper.
